How To Apply For GIL 2022/2023 Admission Forms

This article contains information on the Ghana Institute Of Languages Application form and Requirements for admission into Undergraduate Degree, Diploma Programmes  and Postgraduate for the 2022/2023 academic year. Applications are invited from suitably qualified SCHOOL LEAVERS, NON SCHOOL LEAVERS and SPECIAL CASES.

GIL 2022/2023 Admission Form Application Requirement

Provide Identification Documents
– Birth Certificate or Traveling Passport2

Provide one Passport Picture
which will be used in the registration process
along with the travel document stated above3

Registration fee(GHC 80 E-Voucher), Examination fee/Exercise books(GHC25) and SRC dues (GHC30)
are all included in the fees.

GIL STEPS TO APPLY ONLINE

1. Purchase your preferred application form  e-voucher from any of the under listed  Transflow Banks:  GCB Bank, Agricultural Development Bank, Prudential Bank, Unibank, Fidelity Bank Universal Merchant Bank, Ecobank, or HFC Bank.

1. Log on to www.gil.edu.gh to access our website.

1. Click on the “CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE” button below and start the application process.

1. Enter the serial number and pin (as it appears on your e-voucher) and click on “CONTINUE”.

1. Complete the online application form and SUBMIT.

Alternatively:
You may purchase an e-voucher via VISA or MTN Mobile Money by clicking on the “CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE” button. Continue from Step (iii) above to complete the application process.

How To purchase GIL e-voucher via Mobile Money 

1. .Dial *887*18# on all networks
2. Enter “GIL”
3. Select Preferred form type
4. Authorized Payment
5. SMS of Voucher is sent to you after successful payment

To Retrieve Voucher

1. *887*18#
2. Select Yes
3. Retrieve E-Voucher
4. Details of e-voucher is displayed( i .e GIL Serial number and PIN )
