• Accident Assist – We’ll make sure your car is towed and stored by a trustworthy towing provider, after an accident. And you won’t pay a cent extra, as this handy benefit is included in your policy.
• Breakdown Assist – Being stuck on the side of the road with a flat tyre, an empty petrol tank or a broken-down car is no one’s idea of fun. We get it, so we give you everything you need to get back on the road. We’ll replace that tyre, deliver emergency fuel, tow your car and even store it for up to 72 hours. Get all this and more for a small additional monthly fee.

Home Assist

We’re not all DIY experts. Fortunately, with Budget’s Home Assist we’ll cover the cost of a call-out fee and one hour’s labour for plumbers, electricians, glazers, and locksmiths. You’ll also have access to a database with referrals to builders, carpet services, painters, garden services, fire damage repairers, and much more.The Breakdown Assistance service has a annual limit of three call-outs.

Trauma Assist

Should you ever find yourself in a traumatic situation Budget’s Trauma Assist can aid you from counselling sessions to referrals. You are never alone in your darkest hours.

Medical Assist

In the unfortunate event of a medical emergency Budget’s Medical Assist will give you access to 24-hour trained professionals and medical assistance.

That’s why Budget’s Legal Assist gives access to qualified professionals who’ll guide you through the process with telephonic advice on legal and tax matters. Should you need help with legal documentation, courtroom preparations, or just a referral – Legal Assist is here for you.

Entertainment Assist

When you are looking for a hotel, a restaurant, or even if you just want to find out what events are taking place near you, Budget’s Entertainment Assist is just what you need.

Cash Back Bonus

Simply add the Cash Back Bonus to your Budget Insurance policy and if you remain claim free for two years, we’ll reward you by giving you money back. Our Cash Back Bonus is unique in the sense that you only have to wait two years to start reaping your rewards and you’ll keep on being rewarded until you put in a claim. Best of all only certain claims will reset your Cash Back Bonus clock.  

You will receive:

• 15% back of all your premiums paid, over the first two years of claims free, uninterrupted cover;
• 10% back of all your premiums paid, if you remain claims free for a further two years; and 
• 10% back of all premiums paid for every claims free year of continued insurance, thereafter.
