ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Entry requirements to the College are as follows:

• BSc/BA degree in nursing or  midwifery (minimum) and should also be a registered nurse (all nursing programmes) or midwife of good standing with Nursing and Midwifery Council of Ghana (NMCG)
• Minimum of 3 years post qualification experience
• MA/MSc/MPhil/PhD in Nursing, Midwifery or related field is an added advantage
• Duration of Programme:   Residency is for 3 years, full time

Our specialty programmes are as follows:

• Paediatric Nursing
• Accident and Emergency Nursing
• Palliative Nursing
• Neuroscience Nursing
• Oncology Nursing
• Haematology Nursing
• Neonatal Intensive  Care
• Women’s Health

Existing MoH Programmes to be rolled-out 

Ophthalmic, Peri-operative, Critical care, Mental health/Community psychiatry and Public health nursing will be rolled-out in due course.

• Diagnostics in Medical and Surgical Care
• Diagnostics in Obstetric and Gynaecology
• Cardiothoracic  Nursing
• Dermatology Nursing
• Dental Nursing
• Orthopaedic Nursing
• Medical/Surgical Nursing
• Endocrinology Nursing
