Hariss International Limited Job Vacancy For Stores supervisor
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To carry out receipts and calibrate raw materials purchased from the suppliers. He/She should inform those responsible for any violations or irregularities either in specification or in quantities.
• The store supervisor should maintain a running record in SAP of all the supplies in the store.
• Allocation of storage spaces for the raw materials in correspondence to the characteristics and nature of the components in terms of ventilation, humidity, heat, sunlight, etc.
• Monitor Handling and arrange all the orders for production supplies. He is responsible for the movement of all supplies in and out of the store ensuring appropriate personnel sign approvals and receipt of the raw materials.
• Monitor the stock levels of the raw materials, maintain minimum stocks for the items and place orders to the suppliers to replenish the stock on time.
• Design records and lists of items according to the degree of homogeneity (similarity) and code them for easier handling upon request to prevent interference in the titles and duplication.
• Make sure First in First out (FIFO) for all the raw materials in the store is being implemented properly.
• Take security store precautions against theft, fire, damage and obsolescence.
• Isolate stagnant, damaged and obsolete raw materials. He/She should inform those responsible for the disposing of these items to take necessary decision on each of them.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of products and warehouse
• Make sure that the corridors between the goods are available as per ISO standard to facilitate the process of counting, cleaning, and surveillance.
• Supervising and developing all those in stock and training them on the (SAP)program

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- • A Minimum requirement of a Bachelors in procurement and logistics

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Installing electrical equipment and appliances.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform highly diversified duties of installation and maintenance of production machines and the plant facility’s equipment.
- provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
- Performs simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
- Perform all machine work including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
- Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Diagnoses problems, replaces or repairs parts, tests and makes adjustments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for ensuring all products produced meet the established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance. Promoting personal safety and that of others around you, and protecting the environment through following guidelines and implementing them.
• Works in Liaison with the different supervisors to ensure the implementation of GMP’s and GHPS’s around the company Offices, production area, Laboratory and stores.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES;
- • Conduct all online tests on products and materials, using the necessary tools to ensure all parameters meet requirements.
• In liaison with the QC team leader, troubleshoot online process activities to maintain quality and food safety, in conjunction with process owners.
• Prepare and assist the QC Team leader in preparing quality reports.
• To manage and control on line attendants for better quality and food safety.
• Analysis of all quality parameters and reporting on daily basis.
• To make sure all products being produce are within internal standards and communication of any deviation from internal standards.
