Heri Nursing School Admission 2020 – 2021

Heri nursing school started on 31 October 2014. The nursing school is a faith based organization under Tanzania Seventh Day Adventist church through Heri Adventist mission hospital. It was established for the purpose of serving the community of Manyovu and Tanzania at large. Also since Kigoma Region had two nursing institution which are far away from  Manyovu, so this area was missing this service. So as to base on the mission and vision of level 4 and 5 Curriculum. In November 2014 students enrolled were 25, (males 21 and females 4) Second group of students was enrolled in November 2015 with 20 students ( 6 females and 14 males) and 2016 students enrolled was 29 (21 males and 8 females)

At the time being the school was having four nurse tutors, (three females and one male). Currently the school is in the process of securing accreditation and adding more tutors and more programs/facults

But Now there are enough number of tutor and other staffs in our school.

ADMISSION REQUAREMENTS FOR BASIC TECHNICIAN CERTIFICATE IN NURSING AND MIDWIFE ARE.

Holders of Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE) with four (4) Passes in non-religious Subjects including “D” Passes in Chemistry, Biology and Physics/Engineering Sciences a Pass in Basic Mathematics and English Language is an added advantage
