Duration

  • 12 – month programme leading to the award of MSc
  • 2 – year Programme leading to the award of MPhil

Admission Requirements

  • Candidates must hold a good bachelor’s degree in, Building Technology, Construction Technology & Management, Quantity Surveying, Postgraduate Diploma in Architecture and Civil Engineering
  • Candidates must have a minimum of two years relevant industrial or research experience
  • Admission to the Programme will be preceded by an interview.

MPhil / MSc (Procurement Management)
Duration

  • 12 – month programme leading to the award of MSc
  • 2 – year Programme leading to the  award of MPhil

Admission Requirements

  • Candidates must hold a good bachelor’s degree, Building Technology, Construction Technology & Management, Quantity Surveying, Postgraduate Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Land Economy, and Business Management & Administration, and admission is open to graduates from other disciplines.
  • Candidates must have a minimum of two years relevant industrial or research experience
  • Admission to the programme will be preceded by an interview

–        PhD  Construction Management
Duration:4 – year programme leading to the award of PhD
Admission Requirements

  • Candidates must hold a Master’s degree or its equivalent from a recognized institution in Architecture, Building Technology, Quantity Surveying, and Civil  Engineering
  • Candidates must submit evidence of adequate training and ability to undertake the programme
  • Candidate must have a minimum of two (2) years relevant industrial or research experience
  • Candidates must attend an interview session and pass the interview before admission
  • Candidates must submit a suitable research proposal and workable programme that fit into the  construction industry and acceptable to the Department
