This booklet contains rules and regulations intended for the Junior Members of the University i.e. students.  Its purpose is to ensure that they are not only well informed of their rights and obligations as members of the University community but also that they live and study in peace and harmony while here. It is also designed to help them to understand the organisation and functions of the various offices and personnel of the University.
