A Two (2) – Year Programme

M.Phil (Economics) – A good first degree in Economics at least Second Class (Upper Division). Candidates must have done Econometrics, Advanced Economic Theory and Mathematics for Economists at the undergraduate level in a recognized tertiary institution. Admission is subject to passing an interview.

Admission Requirements

Candidates must hold a good 1st degree in French or a Postgraduate Qualification relevant to the area of study from a recognised university. In addition, candidates may be required to pass a written examination and interview.

M.Phil: These programmes are offered to students with architecture background, after obtaining a first undergraduate degree. Admission to these programmes may be preceded by an interview.

M.Sc /MPhil – Construction Management 12 months for MSC and 2yrs for MPhil.
Admission Requirements
∙Candidates must hold a good bachelor’s degree in Architecture,
Building Technology, Quantity Surveying and Civil Engineering.
∙Candidates must have a minimum of two years relevant industrial or research experience.
∙Admission to the programme will be preceded by an interview.
M.Sc/MPhil (Procurement Management)
12 months for MSC and 2yrs for MPhil.

Building Technology, Quantity Surveying and Civil Engineering.

∙Candidates must submit a suitable proposal and workable programme that fit into the construction industry and acceptable to the Departmental Board.
