Saida Oil & Gas (GH) Ltd (SOGGL) is a company incorporated in Ghana under the Companies Code 1963 (Act 179), with the primary aim of construction of oil refineries including the marketing of Petroleum Products, both refined and unrefined.
Operating within a challenging industry, Saida Oil and Gas Ghana Company Ltd. is committed to protecting the health and safety of all people involved with its activities, and thus achieving a safe and incident free workplace, with high standards of environmental responsibility and pollution prevention.

Saida Oil & Gas is an efficient offshore service provider operating in the oil and gas, offshore renewables and electrical power transmission industries, with offices in various countries in the World at large.
The rate of economic growth and the level of development in many countries including Ghana are determined, to an extent, by the activities of the oil and gas industry. This is because the industry provides a lot of revenue for government in the form of taxes and levies incorporated into production of crude oil and natural gas as well as petroleum products price build-up.
The industry provides energy for almost all sectors of the economy.
The maiden state of Ghana’s oil and gas industry prompted the formal decision of a group of local petroleum engineers having profound experience in the oil and gas industry to focus on the upstream, midstream and, downstream sector to exploration and lifting of crude oil for raw hydrocarbons process into every part of the world (hereinafter «Saida Oil and Gas Ghana Company Ltd.»).
