Dompin Large Scale Exploration Project
Strata Africa Mining & Exploration Limited recently championed the acquisition of Exploration Rights from the Government of Ghana and the local authority (Chieftain) over the “Greater” Dompin Area situated on the Ashanti Gold Belt in the Western Region of Ghana to investigate alluvial gold and other potential reserves.
This Large Scale Exploration License covers an area of approximately 65 Km2 and is situated in the same area as our current mining operation.
A detailed exploration programme involving pitting will conducted on the property delineated for this purpose. Both overburden and gravel deposits will be tested, along with hard rock drilling samples. Gravimetric methods will be employed in the analysis of samples. Collected data will evaluated by conventional polygonal methods to define both gravel and overburden resource of the property.
R & R Large Scale Exploration Project
Strata Africa Mining & Exploration Limited recently concluded a option agreement with Rocks and Rivers Ltd to proceed with exploration of large scale gold deposits in Domeabra / Aboaboso / Kontrofikrom Goldfields Concession which cover an area 16.17 square miles or 41.67 square kilometres or Acres 10,453 and lies in Asankragua gold belt in the Amansie West District in the Ashanti Region of the Republic of Ghana. Domeabra is 80km from Kumasi the second city in Ghana, some 20km NW of Obuasi.

Collected data were evaluated by conventional polygonal methods to define both gravel and overburden resource of each property, from which total reserve for the properties was deducted.
