We welcome abstracts on the main theme as well as the following sub-themes:

Higher Education as a Tool for Socioeconomic Development Gender Mainstreaming and Development Challenges and Prospects of Higher Education Funding of Higher Education Internationalization of Higher Education Role of Higher Education for Environmental, Climate and Disaster Management
