UDS SPECIAL CONGREGATION – APRIL 2018

A Special Congregation of the University for Development Studies will be held on Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at the Auditorium, opposite the Central Administration Tamale Campus at 10: 00 am
Postgraduate graduands are requested to submit their names and names of two (2) guests whom they intend to invite, to the Registrar before or by Monday, April 23, 2018.
Rehearsal will be held at the Dr. Andani Andan Auditorium, Tamale Campus on Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at 3:30 pm. Graduands are expected to appear in academic gowns obtainable from the Office of the Registrar.
Graduating Students are to pay Two Hundred and Fifty Ghana Cedis (GHS 250.00) into the University for Development Studies Miscellaneous Account number 8011130004227 at the Ghana Commercial Bank, Tamale Main Branch.
Graduands are expected to submit a duplicate copy of the pay-in-slip at the point of collection of academic gowns and certificates. All graduands are to note that those who fail to attend the ceremony will also pay the same amount before their Certificates are released to them.
Graduands attending the ceremony and their guests will be expected to make their own arrangement for transportation, accommodation and meals.
