COVID 19 SUSPENSION OF THE 2020 CONDUCT OF THE WASSCE FOR SCHOOL CANDIDATES

The West African Examinations Council wishes to inform members of the public that it has put on hold the conduct of the WASSCE for School Candidates, 2020 in the wake of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic. This is in line with the protocols put in place by governments of the WAEC member countries to prevent the spread of the virus.

In light of the above, the Timetable for the WASSCE for School Candidates, 2020 has been suspended until further notice.

A new timetable for the conduct of the examination will be designed and made available to all stakeholders when the health situation improves.
