Welwitchia Health Training Centre September Intake: The academic body of WHTC is calling on all prospective students that Applications are invited from suitably qualified applicants for admissions into its various diploma and certificate programmes.
There are various programmes available at WHTC and therefore the admission application forms are released in different intakes for Students. Below are the available programme intakes:
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
1.Please read the INFORMATION FOR PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS carefully before completing the application form. You can obtain a copy at our offices during normal office hours.
2.A non refundable N$ 230 application fee is payable through any of the given bank accounts and the POP must be attached.
3.Depending on your field of study, some fields may not be applicable to you. The fields that are compulsory for all pro-spective students are marked with an asterix (*).
4•This form will be processed electronically. It is in your own interest to complete it correctly. Incomplete or incorrect infor-mation may lead to delays and/or rejection of application.
5.Please complete ONLY ONE FORM per candidate.
6.All candidates will be contacted via email, please ensure that your email address is correct and that your email providerdoes not recognize WHTC emails as SPAM.INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS., .If you are a non-SADC national, as soon as you receive your Letter of Admission, you will need to start applying for your visa. On your request, we will arrange for a Student Visitor Letter (if you are going to apply for a Student Visitor visa) to be providedto you.
If you are a non-Namibian SADC national (e.g. South African), you are required to apply for an Extended Student visa at a Namibian embassy in your country, and provide them with your Letter of Admission. Please note that it is your responsibility to check how long it will take to obtain a Visa in your country and to plan the submission of your application accordingly. WHTC reserves the right to deregister non-Namibian candidates without proper immigration clearance. CREDIT TRANSFER AND PRIOR QUALIFICATIONS…
WHTC reserves the right to conduct primary verification of all relevant documentations and/or whole qualifications submitted tous. Upon registration, you are required to submit a certified copy of all documents and/or qualifications submitted in this application form. WHTC reserved the right to deregister and/or refer for prosecution any candidate who submits false or fraudulent documents
