APPLICATIONS FOR ADMISSION INTO ORDINARY DIPLOMA PROGRAMMES FOR THE ACADEMIC

YEAR 2019/2020 PROGRAMMES THROUGH OSIM-SAS

1.Application Procedures

   Read the admission cliterial and verify that you are qualified for application.

2. Prepared the following documents and details in order to continue to step two:

For Applicants with ACSEE –

1. Prepare a Recent Passport Size Photo taken within last 2 months
2. Prepare a A scanned CRDB Bank Payin Slip for Attaching to the system for payments verifications
3. Prepare a Scanned Birth Certificate for uploading to this system
4. You will use your form IV Index number and Form VI Index number for verifications of your education details
5. You are required to have a valid and working personal email address.

   For Applicants with Foreign Certificate (ACSEE Equivalent) Certificate –

1. Prepare a Recent Passport Size Photo taken within last 2 months
2. Prepare a Scanned Birth Certificate for uploading to this system
3. Prepare a Scanned Education Certificate and a scanned ACSEE Equivalent Certificate
4. You are required to have a valid and working personal email address.

For Applicants with BASIC TECHNICIAN CERTIFICATE

1. Prepare a Recent Passport Size Photo taken within last 2 months
2. Prepare a Scanned Birth Certificate for uploading to this system
3. Applicant Verification Number (AVN) from NACTE Awards Verification System (Apply Here for AVN))
4. You are required to have a valid and working personal email address.

3. Make Payments to CRDB, NMB, M-PESA, TIGO PESA OR AIRTEL MONEY  through the payment code generated from OSIM

DIPLOMA PROGRAMMES	DURATION	ENTRY  REQUIREMENT
Ordinary Diploma in Social Studies	2 years	At least one principal pass with a subsidiary in the Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (ACSEE).A relevant Basic Technician Certificate (NTA Level 4) or any other relevant one year Certificate obtained from any learning institution registered by the Government or recognized by any Government body of the country of study.
Ordinary Diploma in Human Resource Management
Ordinary Diploma in Gender Issues and Development
Ordinary Diploma in Library and Information Management
Ordinary Diploma in Community Development.
Ordinary Diploma in Records, Archives and Information Management
Ordinary Diploma in Economic Development	2 years	At least one principal pass and a subsidiary in the Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (ACSEE) in any of the following subjects Economics, Commerce, Accounts, Geography, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Pure Mathematics, Basic Applied Mathematics, Geography and other related subjects .    A relevant Basic Technician Certificate (NTA Level 4) recognized by NACTE or any other relevant one year certificate obtained from any learning institution registered by the Government or recognized by any Government body of the country of study.
Ordinary Diploma in Accountancy
Ordinary Diploma in Business Administration
Ordinary Diploma in Procurement and Supply
Ordinary Diploma in Information and Communication Technology	2 years	At least one principal pass and a subsidiary in the Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (ACSEE) in any of the following subjects Economics, Commerce, Accounts, Geography, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Pure Mathematics, Basic Applied Mathematics, Geography and other     related subjects.    A relevant Basic Technician Certificate (NTA Level 4) recognized by NACTE or any other relevant one year certificate obtained from any learning institution registered by the Government or recognized by any Government body of the country of  study.

MODE OF APPLICATION

1. All applicants for  Diploma  Programmes must apply direct through Online Admission System of the Mwalimu Nyerere Memorial Academy (MNMA) available in our website : www.mnma.ac.tz or visit admission office at the MNMA – Kivukoni Campus or MNMA Zanzibar Campus for more assistance.
2. Each applicant for Diploma Programmes are required to pay an application fee of Tsh. 10,000/= for Tanzanian Citizens and  US 13 $ for Non Tanzanian Citizens. All payments should be paid through the payment code generated from Online Student Information Management, (OSIM) available at www.mnma.ac.tz.
