UPSA ANNOUNCES THE PROCEDURES FOR OBTAINING DOCUMENTS FROM THE ACADEMIC AFFAIRS DIRECTORATE
Find below the procedures for obtaining essential documents from the Academic Affairs Directorate of the University of Professional Studies, Accra:
A. REQUEST FOR LETTER OF ATTESTATION
1. Pay 5 Ghana cedis at ACCESS BANK or Pay on INTERPAY MoMo
2. Disburse in INTERPAY to attestation.
3. Print out the disbursement statement from INTERPAY.
4. Send disbursement statement with a letter for attestation to this e-mail: attestation@upsamail.edu.gh
5. You will receive notification email when it is ready.
B. REQUEST FOR ENGLISH PROFICIENCY
1. Pay 10 Ghana cedis at ACCESS BANK or Pay on INTERPAY MoMo
2. Disburse in INTERPAY to English proficiency.
3. Print out disbursement statement from INTERPAY.
4. Send disbursement statement and a letter for English proficiency to this e-mail: proficiency@upsamail.edu.gh
5. You will receive notification email when it is ready.
C. REQUEST FOR TRANSCRIPT
1. Pay 20 Ghana cedis at ACCESS BANK for a complete set. (Any extra copy is 10 Ghana cedis).
2. Disburse in INTERPAY to transcript.
3. Print out disbursement statement from INTERPAY.
4. Send disbursement statement to this e-mail: transcript@upsamail.edu.gh
5. You will receive notification email when it is ready.
D. REQUEST FOR INTRODUCTORY LETTER
1. Pay 10 Ghana cedis at ACCESS BANK.
2. Disburse in INTERPAY to introductory letter.
3. Print out disbursement statement from INTERPAY.
4. Send disbursement statement with a letter for introductory letter to this e-mail: attestation@upsamail.edu.gh
5. You will receive notification email when it is ready.
E. REQUEST FOR DEFERMENT
Any request for deferment must be sent to: deferments@upsamail.edu.gh
F. REQUEST FOR CERTIFICATE
1. Send request to certificates@upsamail.edu.gh or admissions@upsamail.edu.gh with the following:
2. Proof of payment of graduation fee from INTERPAY.
3. Ensure that you have obtained all your entry certificates -i.e.-May/June WASSCE certificate and/or WASSCE NOV/DEC certificate etc.
4. For students with Professional Qualifications-they must obtain a verification of transcript letter from the Professional Bodies
5. You will receive notification email on the day to pick-up certificate.
NB: Please note that we do not post certificates.
