2018 / 2019 3rd Congregation – Register Now

GRADUANDS ARE REQUESTED TO NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
Date of Congregation is Saturday, July 14, 2018 at the CEDI AUDITORIUM, Sokode-Lokoe, Ho. Important information regarding registration for congregation and payment may be found on here
PAYMENT OF GRADUATION FEE
All graduands, i.e. students who have met all the requirements for graduation and do not owe the University any school fees are expected to pay an amount of GH¢300.00 into UHAS PROJECT ACCOUNT, Number: 5011130017007, GCB-HO Main Branch; and personally present the pay-in-slip to the Finance Directorate, Academic Affairs Directorate and Library for CLEARANCE.
Students with outstanding bills should contact the Finance Directorate promptly to settle them. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that obligations on his/her account to the University are met to enable records to be cleared for registration. Students with outstanding fees on their Account may be barred from registration and receipt of their UHAS Transcripts/Certificates.
Lists of Graduands to be presented during the 2018 Congregation Ceremony will be available from Tuesday, July 3, 2018 on the University website. Graduands who wish to attend the Congregation are required to register On-Line from Tuesday, July 3, 2018 to Tuesday, July 10, 2018. Graduands should ensure that they have done all payments, cleared themselves at the Finance Office, Academic Affairs Office and the Library before proceeding to register online.
After payment of Congregation Fee, Clearance at Finance Office, Academic Affairs Office, Library and subsequent registration on-line, graduands should pick up their Academic Regalia set comprising a gown, hood and cap (mortarboard); UHAS souvenir and invitation cards at their respective schools upon submitting their receipt(s).
Students who have a credit balance of more than GH¢300.00 would be credited with the amount of the graduation fee to be deducted at source as payment for Congregation. Such category of students are advised to request for their balance by writing to the Registrar for refund. They are to contact the Finance Directorate, Directorate of Academic Affairs and Library for CLEARANCE.
On the other hand, students whose credit balance is less than GH¢300.00 must pay the difference into the UHAS Project Account as indicated above.
Library Clearance
Library Clearance Process is required before University transcripts /certificate can be issued. All students are expected to report at the University Library, Main Campus, for clearance before contacting the Academic Affairs Directorate for their transcript / Certificate. Students having University books in their possession cannot be cleared.
